SRC^® products that use the Hi-Bar^® crossbar switch interconnect can incorporate Multi-Ported Common Memory Modules (MPCMs) in addition to microprocessor and reconfigurable MAP^® processor nodes. 

Each MPCM module contains an intelligent DMA controller and two banks with up to 32 GB of DDR-2 SDRAM. This memory supports 64-bit addressing and can be accessed by all other MAP and microprocessor nodes in the system. Each node has four I/O ports and sustains memory reads and writes with 3600 MB/s of yielded data payload bandwidth per port.
